1. Our Offerings

Sanctuary Studio provides a blend of services, including but not limited to:

• Astrology and intuitive/psychic readings

• Business consulting and mentorship

• Creative and spiritual guidance

• Educational workshops, programs, and events

These sessions may be held online or, on occasion, in person. When you book or attend any of our offerings, you’re agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payments

• All sessions must be booked through our online calendar link.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

• We do not offer refunds, but you may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice. Missed or canceled appointments with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

• For events or workshops, ticketed policies (including cancellation or transfer options) will be clearly outlined at the time of registration.

3. Your Responsibility

We encourage you to show up to sessions with openness and respect for your own journey. While we hold space with care, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your transformation is yours to lead, and our work is here to support—not replace—your personal wisdom or professional advice.

4. Disclaimers

• All intuitive, psychic, and astrology services are offered for spiritual insight and entertainment purposes only.

• Nothing shared in a session or event should be considered a substitute for professional advice—legal, medical, psychological, or financial.

• By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own choices and interpretations.

5. Events, Recordings & Media Use

• Some events may be recorded. We’ll always inform you in advance if a session or event is being recorded.

• By attending, you agree that Sanctuary Studio may use images, videos, or anonymous testimonials from events or sessions for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

• If you'd prefer not to be included in any promotional material, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll gladly respect your privacy.

6. Respectful Use

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone who behaves in a harmful, discriminatory, or disruptive manner. This is a sacred space for growth, and we honor boundaries for the well-being of all.

7. Legal Stuff

With Soft Power LLC dba Sanctuary Studio is a registered LLC operating under U.S. law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which we are registered.
